Inspired by the vibrant food truck culture and the opportunity to connect with customers in a more intimate setting, we launched Trio Truck to bring our signature flavors to the streets of Edmonds.

The steak was moist and tender, cooked perfectly, and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was like eating at a restaurant on wheels. "Ate here while visiting Edway Taphouse. We tried everything and it was all delicious. Steak cooked perfectly Medium, and very tender. Caesar salad was out of this world good, the crouton was more like a buttery garlicky crunch on top than salady type croutons, unexpected and so yummy. Fries were crisp and the trio of dips is worth trying."
